Media

The Media page is where a brand's images, files, and reference links live - one shared library rather than something scoped to a single feature. Attach media into a document, curate what goes in the Press Kit's public page, or pull it into asocial post - it's the same underlying assets either way, not separate copies per feature.

Getting media in

Three ways to add something: upload a file directly, add a link to something already hosted elsewhere (shown from its source, never copied in), or import from a URL, which downloads the file and stores a real copy in Envoy. Filter the library by kind (uploads vs. links) or type (image, video, audio, other), and sort by newest, oldest, or name.

Generating images with AI

"Generate with AI" creates an image from a text prompt without leaving the page - seeAI Drafting for how the model choice and credit cost work. Review the result, then "Use this" to save it into the library like any other upload, or discard it and try again.
