Content Schedule

Content Schedule (found in the sidebar under Content & Social) sets a target publishing rate for a brand, independently for social posts, articles, and press releases - "3 times a week," "once a month," or off entirely for whichever types you don't want tracked.

Setting a cadence

Each content type gets a number and a period (week or month) - a cadence of 3 per week is one setting, not three separate reminders. Turning a row off keeps your last numbers in the background, so switching it back on later doesn't reset to a blank default.

What happens when you fall behind

Envoy tracks the last time something of that type was actually published and compares it against the interval implied by your cadence. Fall behind, and you'll see a nudge on the dashboard and an entry on thecontent calendar - a prompt to publish, with a suggested content pillar if you've set any on Brand Positioning, not a hard deadline or anything enforced.
