Envoy CRM vs Pipedrive
A solid pipeline. Nothing else.
Pipedrive is a clean, focused sales pipeline tool, and it's well regarded for exactly that reason. It's also purely a sales pipeline tool - no concept of press outreach, media contacts, or content at all, and unlike some general CRMs it doesn't even have a free tier to soften the per-seat pricing that starts from your very first user.
Pipedrive's pricing
From roughly $15/user/month (Essential) up to $99/user/month (Enterprise) - billed per seat from user one, with no included-seat allowance at any tier.

Where Pipedrive genuinely wins
If you never need press or media tooling, Pipedrive's pipeline UI is simple, fast, and well-built - the case for Envoy CRM here rests on the bundle, not on trying to out-CRM Pipedrive at CRM alone.
The bottom line
Pipedrive does one job well and has no ambition to do a second. Envoy CRM matches its pipeline for the CRM half of the job, adds the PR/media half Pipedrive has no concept of, and includes several seats before billing notices you added a co-founder - something Pipedrive never does, at any tier.
